Is Anyone watching American Idol? It's on now and so far Anthoney, Carrie , Scott, Bo, Nikko, Vonzell, Constantine, Nadia, Mikalah, Anwar, Jessica...are great...Simon, well, :confused: lol lol he' s funny though and all act.

I really like Anwar, Carrie and Bo, Jessica...but it's so hard to choose one to vote for--I can't choose just one. LOL I like them all.

Simon said Constantine singing a Partridge song was "like a poodle in a leather jacket." hahaha

This is my first time getting into American Idol; I am really enjoying watching it. I've watched some of the first American Idol shows and never got into it before.


I really like Carrie, Jessica, Bo and Anwar too. I didn't think Anwar did as well as he can though. Vonzell actually did pretty good tonight too - at least I really liked the song "You got the best of my love".


What did you think of Nikko, the guy that came back? I actually thought he sounded pretty good considering he'd been cut before.


I'm not crazy about Anthony and Scott. For some reason, they bug me.


I usually like Constantine and Mikalah, but I thought the Partridge song was a terrible idea. I had to laugh! and Mikalah sounded off key to me.


Look at me, the critic…..all this from a girl who was politely asked by my teacher in high school choir "is there any other class you might enjoy more" Needless to say, I ended up in Woods class making a clock (I got an "A")!


My brothers say I am tone deaf, I really CANT sing AT ALL!!!!

I sometimes watch AI. Not like how I watched it last year though. I don't really see any bright shining stars on the show. But I like that girl Mikalah and the guy Constantine too! Very different voices, especially for AI.

That was bad--too deep and slow for her, I think. I can see her go into acting though since she's so bubbly and smiles a lot. She seems to roll with the punches so far, but I thought she would be cut last night.

If the show had not goofed up the phone calls, I have a feeling Mikalah would have gone. Now they are doing a re-do show tonight with the same thing, from what I gather. This should be interesting.

I thought I will finally place a vote last night. I couldn't get through, so I kept trying to vote for any of them. Just any of them. LOL I wondered what was up with that. LOL So maybe Mikalah will do better tonight. She reminds me of Fran Drescher, so light and funny with the faces she makes.

I like Bo; who cares if he can sing. LOL j/k :rolleyes:

I heard about them goofing up on the numbers, someone's getting fired!! Hehe, j/k. ;) But what a HUGE mistake to make!!
Barb, are they resinging or just reairing the same show they aired last night??
I think Mikalah would be great at acting too, that girl cracks me up! She does remind me of the "nanny" too. They kinda sound alike.

Hey JenJen, You're right, they just re aired. The AOL news said they were going to "re do" so my mistake. I thought how can they make them sing again? hahahaha I think Mikalah sould get some type of Miss Congenialitly/ good sport award. She's a sweetheart, and I love her expressions.

oh no, Simple Life is on now. LOL We watch that too and love it.Oh, I watch that too. At least I did last season, and loved it. When is it on this time around? I've somehow missed it so far. Have I missed very many episodes?

I get a kick out of Tinkerbell. What a sweet little Chi.

I'll be the party pooper and say that I hate the simple life. Good name for a show though because in "their" reality what they're doing is simple. They can always go back to their beautiful homes and spending lots of cash, while the "life" that they left on the show is just everyday life for other's. And in many cases, not a "simple" one at all. Just not my cup of tea I guess.

Paris and Nicole went to a home where the little boy was so cute. For once, he shocked them! LOL They took him to get his ear pierced, and that was so funny. He was such a character. I'm sure the show had the parents say it was OK, since it's all scripted. The Chi and the Pom that are travelling on the bus with the girls are sure mellow little dogs and adjust to where ever they are. I think it's funny they always seem to poo on everyone's floor, and the house owners always make the girls pick it up. LOL

Bentley's Mommy, It's on Wednesday nights here. We have DirectTV East and West. I think this is the best season for them.
