I mailed out my SS gift today...so its on its way to a special pup !!!

I have just wrapped up shopping, and will get, or should I say, Toby, Taco, and Tazzy will get their gifts out asap. :)

Gracie and Sammi are done shopping. They are wrapping their gifts on Saturday and sending them out on Sunday FedEx or UPS. Boy were they picky. They drove me all over looking for just the right gifts...:razz:

Heuser and Tally were not pleased that our Secret Santa's would know right away who the gifts were from (duh-Three Dog Bakery) so they made sure that I got nothing but the BEST! Okay, so we went a little overboard, but that's the fun of shopping right?! Daddy PROMISED to ship them out for us today or tomorrow so we'll see how long it takes for them to arrive! I CAN'T wait!!! The Wawatwosies really hope their SS's like they're presents! They also wanted to let me now that they love all of you guys VERY much and they only wish that Mommy could afford to give everyone presents!!!

On a personal note, I just wanted to say that our SS tradition is quickly becoming my FAVORITE part of Christmas and feel SO be so lucky to share it with all of you-It just means so much to me to have found such wonderful friends whom I'm probably never going to meet in person, but have let me into their lives and I care so much about!

Hercules and Hummie wrapped the presents last night and Mommy is taking them today to be mailed.. but I have a question for Sharon.. we don't reveal who it is in the present, right? When are we revealing who it is? We know our pups will probably read the return address and figure it out.

the reveal date will be Saturday December 18th...that way it gives another week or so for all the gifts to be delivered to everyone...

And not to mention, they also have a tour planned for the Chi guests for Three Dog Bakery with cookies and punch afterwards. Elle has been talking non stop about it...and she talks a lot. ;-) LOL LOL :)

I would just like to say that I agree with Alyssa. I am having a very tiny Christmas this year and the highlight has been shopping for this gift exchange. Being involved with the SS has really cheered me up after my troubles at home and I am looking forward to wrapping everything tonight. I plan to include cards and a little note and pics of the girls too. It's like sending out a treasure chest to someone we will not know in person but feel very close to. Taking joy in something so special is what makes life a true adventure in love.

Oh No! Bad Chihuahuas! I hate when they plan a party and forget to tell me!!! I'll have to get a much bigger Christmas Goose for all the people and doggies! Good thing Three Dog is closed Christmas day, we can take over the place and eat all the treats we want!

That would be SO cool! I would LOVE to host a Club Chi get together some day! After all, KC IS in the middle of the U.S.A so it would be a good meeting point...Hmmm...

I want to sew something special and cozy to add to my gift so it will be on it's way via Fedex by the end of this week.

I feel the same as everyone else- this ss tradition has become a fave of my family too.
Through-out this past year I have looked at the gifts from Mandi and her pups and felt very blessed.

I know how we could do a get together...Four memebers, one furthest NE, one SE, one NW, one SW could rent a van and pick up the next closest member. All four vans would work their way toward KC with all the people and doggies singing songs and eatin' in the car.

OMG.. Hummie was so excited yesterday when Mommy got home and there was a SS present on our doorstep! Course, :blob2: Hercules remembered how exciting it was last year and was jumping all over the present telling Hummie it was his SS gift! :clap: I took some pictures and I'll show them soon. But I won't reveal the SS until December the 18th when we all tell.. But I want our SS to know Hummie loved his gifts and Mommy was so excited about all of the gifts! Thank you so much! Actually I think he was excited because he knew that Hercules ran off with the present before it was unwrapped, then once I got it back and unwrapped it was for him. Palmer loved showing Hercules how much fun he was having with HIS toy!!! :clap:

Renata, Oh how cute! :wub: It's so funny how they know the gifts are for them to go as far as to take them under the bed. hahaha When I came out of the pet store, Roman looked in the bag and started taking the items out one by one. Then he smelled his edible bacon and peanut butter Nylabones and luckily, they were for him, Elle and Sheba. ;-) They slept with the bones all the way home. LOL

Greetings from Georgia....BB and Agnes have mailed the first of two gifts. We're waiting on the second one to get here......hurry Mr Mailman....so we can add to and get it on it's way to ?????? LOL Little Agnes didn't understand why the goodies went into the box and sealed up.......but fear not, I did sneak her a treat. (Don' tell BB).....We have really enjoyed this SS Santa project and look forward to many more.

Hercules received his SS gift this evening and man was he ever excited! :blob2: I took pics, but my cable to download the pics are at work. I finally have my home computer back and working!
We'll post pics Monday! Meanwhile Hercules is snuggled up on his new blankie, chewing away on a greenie. :wub: While he supervises Hummie playing with one of his two new Christmas Toys!! Thank you so much SS.. :wub: Hercules loves it.. and so does Hummie!

Lucky got a visit from his SS today...he got a new leash !!! he needed one of those....he got some greenies (his favorite) and a new fleece blankie a card with a picture of his SS in it....and he got a reindeer toy with a squeeky in it...and a doggie lollipop

Faline loves her SS gift! The shirt is soooo cute on her! The Christmas toy is a BIG hit and she spends her day gaurding it from my westie and shepherd! She loved everything! Her SS was way generous!! A big puppy thank you!

Oh, Man!!! And Heuser was REALLY hoping that he got his special Kishi-Girlfriend for his SS again this year!!! Bummer!!! Guess Santa will have to be EXTRA good to Lu and Kishi this year, lol!!!

Ok, Christmas came early for Gracie this year. Gracie received her Secret Santa gift and could not wait to open it. Her Secret Santa turned out to be Paco. Yeah and thank you Paco and Dawn.

Gracie loved all her gifts. She recieved a beautiful soft fleece pillow to lay down on which she did right away. Then she played with a funny doggie wearing a scarf. When she pushed him just right he played Christmas music! There were also gifts for Gracie's Mom (me) a beautiful green Beanie Baby reindeer with golden antlers and a Christmas scarf that I will wear to work on Christmas Eve.

Gracie also just loved the three pack of Nyla bones. She kept the blue nubby one for herself (her favorite kind of bone ever) and let Sammi Girl have the flavored one. They shared the bacon one and had a very good time eating it together.

Thank you so much Paco. Gracie and Sammi hung up your picture Christmas card where they can see it really well. They send kisses and thank yous to Paco and you and wish you a Happy New Year too.
