HA! Nope! They are collars! I think they are called Snoogles or something! I found them at a dog show vendor and we are going to start carrying them at Three Dog Bakery. Basically, its ribbon cut on an angle and tied to elastic and then each of the ends has a decoration sewn (sp?) on! They come in red and green with jingle bells for christmas, black and orange with pumpkins for Halloween, etc....I thought they were cute but Heuser wishes they had a darker color, lol!
