If you or anyone you know has a Dell AC Adapter, make sure to stop using it until you check it's numbers.
Sorry, I didn't get the serial numbers, but there are 3 (three) of them. I'll try to get them to post, or if someone else does, please post. :)
*THEY ARE A SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD, so stop using them immediately.*

Here is more info on the Dell recall:
NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Dell Inc. is recalling 990,000 AC adapters made for their notebook computers, warning that the adapters may overheat to pose fire risk and electrocution hazard to users.
http://money.cnn.com/2004/10/08/technology/personaltech/dell_recall/dell_ac_adaptor_story.jpg Dell's recalled adapters were manufactured in China and sold between Sept. 1998 through Feb. 2002.
Dell's Web site and customer service center sold the computers with adapters from September 1998 through February 2002 for $1,500 to $3,200.
The adapters were manufactured in China and sold separately for $30 and $70. The recalled adapters were used primarily with Dell Latitude, Precision and Inspiron notebook personal computers.
This is from CNN, I got it from Google. I'm sure you can get recall info on the Dell website.
