Romans Mom

Roman and Sheba's bitrhdays are coming up in a few weeks, 2 and 14 years old. (I'll have a birthday thread for them later on.) I would love to have a "dog party" for them on my street. Here's what I'm thinking I'll want to do, so if anyone has any ideas for things I can do ie, party favors, hats, treats, toys, for the pups who come.
I'm thinking a small dog one-on-one-drop-in party at different times. We have new neighbors who have a Chihuahua and a Yorkie. They walk by all the time. Then more new neighbors across the street have a min. Daschound (sp) puppy, others have a min pin and a boxer, and yet others have 4 weenies. I thought it would be cute to have a table cloth, place mats and setting of party favors for each that will stop by and have their picture taken. I think it would be bedlam if they were all here at once and I'm sure too risky on our 'ol home owners insurance. LOL It would all be for a picture album. I'd want it no gifts to my pups from my neighbors, but I want to send them off with memories of the doggie birthday.
I need ideas. :) I know there's been a few doggie parties here on the Club Chi Forum.
I'd love to hear all and any ideas. Thanks!
