Don't know what you're running on your computer?

Hey everyone-
I've been running into TONS of computer problems lately. I've switched on over to firefox instead of internet explorer. And it seems to be helping a bit. But when I press CTRL ALT DLTE, I have all these programs running, and I don't know what the heck they are. Here's a website I came across that had good information about what you may have on your pc. http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm Just scroll to the bottom of the page, and there's a 1-9 a-z list of programs that could be on your computer. It might give, how it got there, why it's there, what you should/shouldn't do. Hope it's able to help some of you out. See ya-

go to this site and download this...it will clean your computer out of all the behind the scene stuff that is being downloaded on your computer...my BF works in the computer field and i have this on my computer...i was having the same problem as you jen and ever since i have added this and run it every other day...i have had no problems....go to

in the search box...type in spybot

download a program called spybot search and destroy....it will help
