My baby cousin Kortney

This is Kortney she was born on April 10th 2004.

She just went through OPEN HEART SURGERY ON JULY 14TH 2004 TO REPAIR 3 LARGE HOLES IN HER HEART. please send love and prayers for a fast recovery and that everything from here on out is ok..she still has some small holes that they could not get to but they say hopefully they will close on there own if now she will have to go through open heart surgery again when she is older..poor baby...since she has been born she has spent everyday in the hospital except for 1 week when she home..but kept getting sicker so had to go to the hospital...:wub: :wub:

Hi Barb,

Kortney is home...she came home on Wed !!!! she is doing great..she is now eating almost 4 ounces every 3 hours WHICH IS GREAT !!! she has gained so much weight and actually looks like a little chubby chipmunk now !!! her scar is healing nicely...i think she weighs 8 pounds 9 ounces now....i went to see her last night and held her...shes smiling now and cooing...shes learning now how to hold her own bottle...and how to put her binki back in her mouth when it falls out....shes a little angel...hopefully when i get a chance i will have to get some pics of her...but i don't have a digi cam anymore so i will have to see if someone else has one to take some pics of her and send them to me so i can post them here for everyone to see....thanks for all the prayers she needed them....she sends kisses to everyone

Kortney is doing great...she now weighs 9lbs 4 ounces...shes has got the most cubbiest little cheeks...shes adorable...she is coming over on Saturday so i will try to take some pics of her using my web cam...

I don't know if you remember my nephew TJ who was born one year ago...I had posted the newborn photo...he's one year old this week! Here's his pic I just received two days ago. Time sure flies!
