Is anyone watching any of the summertime shows? (Ozichi, winter shows? )

The Amazing Race (CBS) starts tonight. It will be it's third season. I really like it.

Big Brother 5 (CBS) reality starts tonight. There's going to be a twist--two of the people are related, but don't know it! :w00t: 8-)

There's a lot of Law and Order's I've missed, so I've been watching re runs.

There's quite a few new shows on. I can't think of them all right now. ;-)

Oh, I've finally got to see Buffy for the first time. I really like it too.

I've been watching all the reality shows like: Who Wants to Marry my Dad, (although I thought I had it taped last night and put the wrong date! duh.) Simple Life 2, For Love or Money, amd probably several others that I can't remember right now.

Thanks for reminding us about the amazing race Barb!!! I've got the dvr going for that, just in case I forget. LOL. I haven't been watching any of the reality shows lately. I've been so disappointed with the for love or money, etc. shows I'm done with those for now. Let's see how long I can go without watching it. Hehehehe. I can't stand those bratty "simple life" girls. They picked a perfect name for that show too, it's easy knowing that when the show's over you get to go back and live your "real" life.

I thought the Amazing Race was excellent last night. I taped it too and will watch it all later. The one military Dad fell down and had to go to the hosptial for stitches. :-| Ouch on the ol' knee. :?

I get exhausted watching them run all over the place; the part I'd hate the most would be catching the transportation...planes...jets...buses...taxis...r ickshaws...camels...donkeys...http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0304/lachen/laughing-smiley-001.gif

I want to see Who Wants To Marry My Dad and For The Love Of Money.

I saw Paris Hilton on David Letterman last night (rerun) and I was glad I did. She didn't act at all like how she did on the show (or maybe she was acting for Dave), and she said it's all acting and scripted. She just puts herself into that charater--I sure hope so! haha http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0304/lachen/laughing-smiley-001.gif

Hi
I miss Survivor and Next top model!

I looked into Who wants to marry my dad the other night and I might be able to get my reality tv fix from that.
I also caught a Gilmore Girls last night and that always makes me happy!
Does anyone else watch GG?

Has anyone been watching American Casino? Tata died. They had an "In memory of Michael Tata, 1971-2004" on the last show. That's sad.

The only "summer" time television in our house that is watched regularly is baseball. Yuck! I hate watching baseball on television! I like going to games, but when it is just one long game after another all day on the weekend, it gets old really fast, lol!!!

PS-My new "favorite" show is called "Home to Go" on HGTV and it is about redoing apartments and other temporary houses to make them look great but not be permanent and the owner can take it with them to their next place!

Lys, I am hooked on HGTV. I watch every show they make. I even watch them more than once. Curb Appeal, House Hunters, Designed To Sell, Designing For the Sexes. Right now I have cans full of paint waiting to paint my kitchen and have a fabric swatch up on my living room wall with another paint color and a third paint chip up in my bedroom. I am very sensitive to color and this has all taken a year for me to decide... I learned so much from watching that To Go show and all the others. They taught me that paint is the fastest and cheapest way to make a diff in things. Luckily my landlord lets us paint. I also bought new vinyl tile for my foyer and kitchen. I am ready. I am doing the painting myself one wall at a time. I can only afford to do it myself and will only be able to do it slow but I am really looking forward to it. And all this for a one bedroom apartment. But I plan to stay here long-term.

I am also a SciFi Station person. I watch Stargate SG-1 and the new show Atlantis. I also watch Farscape.

Also I am hooked on all the real life crime shows and all the Law and Orders and all the CSIs.

I have the tv on all the time. I have to have it on when I am on the computer... I am also a news junkie and love CNN.

So far my brain is not rotted out. I have always loved tv.

Oh, is anyone watching Queer Eye For The Straight Guy. That is so funny and I have gotten great decorating ideas from them. They did a guy who lives in my town. They did him over and redecorated his apartment. People were stopping him in the street and telling him he did not keep up his makeover:cry2:

I also watch What Not To Wear. Has anyone seen this show.

Barb are you watching Big Brother?
We have just finished Big Brother 4 and the winner recieved 1 million bucks!!
The people in it were pretty boring but there was one thing that was interesting which was they counted the votes wrong and the person that was evicted was taken back into the house and ended up coming second!

A new series of Australian Idol has just started here. I love watching it.

Its good to see so many Law and Order fans here, im a HUGE fan of SVU. I was a fan of Criminal Intent but it seems to have changed and doesnt have the edge that it used to.

Oh Bev, I miss Next top model and survivor too.

Guess what??
Rob and Amber have split up !!!!
She dumped him because he was making plans with her prize money and he wanted all the fame and all she wanted was to go back to her normal life.

Hi Terri, I would die that they followed me around with a camera but I would love to go shopping with $5000. It would be worth all the pics of me in my baggy pants...

Sue, Law and Order is our all-time favorite show. :)
---------------------------------------------------

Hi Terri, I'm watching BB5. I've watched all of them and have them all taped (only missing a couple of episodes in all). Last year, I purchased the live feed of 24/7 cameras.

But for the life of me, I can't remember who was brought back in due to an incorrect vote count :-? ; I'll have to find that on their site. They can be boring, but I like to get into the dynamics of the house and watch it change. BB5 has been great for that. I'd like to see a good person win. There are two very bad guys in there now leading a group who call themselves "the horsemen" lol. Jace has got to go! hehe Too bad we can't vote like we did for the first one. That's what made it more interesting.

Things going on now are there are two identical twins switching places every four days. And if no one guesses that soon, they will both get to be in the house to play for the prize money. The theme of this season is called DNA --stands for "Do Not Assume" There are 3 empty boxes on the website, so one is for the twin if they make it and who knows who the other two are for in the DNA.

They need a dog in there like the gas-producing Pug who loved Taco Bell food in BB1 and then brought in 100 pugs from the local Pug rescue. lol That was hilarious. They gave them new grass after they were there! haha

Faye, That sounds so exciting to have a major project in the works like that. And with so much planning, i'm sure you'll love it. :) I love HGTV and have learned a lot about color themes.

Barb your big brother sounds exciting and fascinating, ours is kind of boring. Well its interesting in the start but people keep voting out the interesting people and all that are left are the people that are wall flowers and sit and sunbake all day and sleep all night.

Renata, I've only seen the commercial for that show and want to see it. It looked so funny! I"ll see if it's on tonight. :)

Last night I watched a reality show about Gotti's (mafioso) daughter and her 3 sons. What a mansion they live in, but it all needs so much repair. LOL I wouldn't want her mad at me! :w00t:

HAHA Yep, I saw that party stuff. LOL She is every teens dream mother. "NO NO NO NO....YOU CAN'T GO. I SAID NO! NO WAY, YOU ARE NOT GOING!"

...then she lets them go! haha

Oh, but that was AFTER they ordered her a delivered Mother's Day breakfast. She melted with that as they stood there kicking the ground. LOL I'd at least make them clean that pool! :)

Sharon, We're loving those shows. LOL I also watched The Newlyweds yesterday. I laughed through the whole thing. :) Maybe it's a rerun, but I hadn't seen it--the one where they put a lawn in their (((tiny))) yard. They have to have the biggest yard I have ever seen! :w00t:

Has anyone got any more news about these two???
I've been watching The Days with my girls.

Also caught switching mothers or whatever....wow!
Those rich women are really something I can't believe some of the things that come out of their mouths. Let's hope it's just editing.

I checked out the new survivor contestants and I can't wait, I can already taste the popcorn!

I started to watch Survivor, and haven't taken the time to see more than a few minutes. But what I did see one girl was washing her face with sand. ewwww! And I can't imagine not being able to brush my teeth, not even for a million dollars. :)
