Reversible Tutu

Here is my newest design. I have Roxy and Sally modeling for you today. I have made one for my new Grandpuppy Lucy and one for my webpage. This outfit is reversible so you get two outfits in one.

Oh yeah....red looks great with the fawns. Don't you love the reverables. I just wish I can figure out a way to make them a harness style without the d ring. I know we could add a button hole for a harness leash, but I have to figure out how to do it without it. Great...something else to loose sleep over tonight rofl!!!

That is stunning. Both girls look wonderful. Roxy looks so sure of herself in those pictures and Sally looks like a princess.

Meredith...it is very easy. As long as it is lined it is basically reversible. And using the tulle you don't have issues with the skirt fabric being on the wrong side when flip over. My problem is I like to use the d rings for harnesses and I don't want them touching the back of the dog when it is reversed, but it is great for dressing up without the d ring. Now you can add the buttonhole on it for a harness/leash, then your good to go :)

Wow! Wait but what about the velcro on the front and belly to keep it together? I'm confused how that works? It's a good thing I've never attempted anything reversible- I'm a little too incompetent to attempt that yet! :D

It doesn't matter. It just laps the opposite dierection is all. Look at one of your outfits and check it out :)

Lori, I think I have figured out the harness D-ring problem on reversible outfits. I am making another reversible and I will try it on this one.

Roxy is very sure of herself. She is the alpha dog of the brood, and Sally is just too cute for her own good. That little face gets her out of being bad sometimes.

Yeah...I have seen them like that but I think it puts more stress near the neck where you really don't want it. I like it further down. I have one idea but haven't tried it yet.

I think that fabric just rings, Tutu. It has a prissy feel, dainty, and very feminine. I think some shades of pink, with some white in the tulle skirting would be nice. Also maybe a pretty chiffon ribbon and bow at the waist where the fabric, and tulle meet.

The pink fabric on this thread is some fabric Teresa has. I don't have any of that material. I have several other fabrics though.

Yes, that should have been due to the upgrading, sorry for the inconvience. With Mac's new Iphone they have had to update the entire system to sync everything to their latest "toy". My daughter is the computer expert. I will ask her about it and make sure that is all it is.

Mac is aware of the problem and they are working around the clock to fix it. My daughter said you could try again in a few days or you could send the comments to her through the mac email on the webpage and she will post it as soon as Mac is up again.

Thank you Shon. Looking over all the outfits I have made I think I am partial to browns too. I am trying to break out of that mold and get some more color in my Sun Pups line. Everything I make can be made exactly as you see it or you can choose from other fabrics that I have. I have a feeling there is going to be a girl in your future...

Bianca would look good in blue. I am making a purple and pink one right now that I just love love love the print. I will post it when I finish it.
