Hello, As everyone knows I am bringing my little Cupid home around 10 week mark. I am needing to know if anyone has any Patterns/directions to crochet a puppy sweater. My grandma crochets really really well but, i need to find the pattern and instructions for her to make it before i go home in a few days. Whatever information you all can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
I wish I could help, but I don't know anything about Crocheting. I can barely sew.

If you go to WalMart you can find some Simplicity patterns in the craft aisle (Some walmarts closed their fabric section- mine is still going so many some others are as well). There's some really cute ones! You could also try Jo-Ann fabrics!

yeah. I am trying to find something that is sized for when i am bringing the baby home. Like something that is 6 in from the neck to tail. I keep finding ones that are 10 in and my grandma said she needs the actual patterns to fit the small baby to make it look right, that she isnt to good at making up her own stuff.

Yeah you'll definitely find patterns that your grandma can make. They size them in the pattern as well so you'll be able to find an XXS or XS for the little baby.

Amber, the ones I just bought Gia are 4 inches long, with a 5 1/2 inch neck, and 7 1/2 inch chest.. So there has to be patterns out there that small I would assume. I can send you one of them in the mail if your Grandma would like to use it for a pattern. Would that work?

Where did you buy them at? Or did you make them? I need to find patterns i can print off that she can copy. Do you know of any places on the net that i could print those patterns off at? I found alot of sweater patterns that fit 2-4 lbs dogs which would be fine when he is 6+ months but, i want one to bring him home in. Let me know. -thanks.

I had a lady make them for me on eBay. I don't know of any patterns online, sorry. Wish I could help more. You are welcome to let your Grandma look at the one I have if you'd like. Just let me know. :)
