There's this place in Manila called Tiendesitas, i LOVE IT THERE! it's an outdoor collection of shops (under a roof though) and it consists of different "villages" (eg. food village-restaurants, fruit stands..Antique Village..fashion village) and my favorite PET VILLAGE! all pet stores (pets-dogs,cats,rabbits,guineas,scorpions,hedgehogs,suga r gliders, snakes, etc and pet supplies, groomers and a vet in the center of all the stores)
the dogs there arent that great because they're pet stores but i do go for the supplies and the joy of seeing all the other dogs brought by their owners. i saw a dog who had purple ears (the dog was white), i saw this in japan too. so i thought i'd get you guys pictures online to share. would you do this to ur dog? i wont..i think their natural coloration is just fine. :) but some of these dogs are kinda cute lol

Some of them are cute. I personally wouldn't do that to mine tho.
How cute! I wouldn't do it to mine in fear it would make them sick.

I think I would be too scared to dye my dogs hair...like Teresa said, I would worry about them getting sick.
I like the blue dog in the last bunch!!!

I dyed my pug green for Halloween one year so he could be a frog prince!
Manic Panic works WONDERFULLY on dog coats for color brightness, as well as gentleness of application. http://www.manicpanic.com/dyehard%20animals.html

i wouldnt do it to my dog, just in case their fur never really gets back to its beautiful original colour!

I saw that before on tv a few years ago and thought the girl was crazy. LOL. But I guess it's a craze! It's kinda cute, but it takes away from the dog's natural beauty. I prefer natural.

I'd have to get all the 'facts' on how it could effect them from a vet and then maybe I'd do it, if it was really safe. I really like the blue and the pink ones. LOL

Those are cute and funny. I love looking at them. I think it's ok to do, but I wouldn't do it to my dogs. People would see me as a really crazy dog lady. LOL  A friend's son and his friends used to dye their hair blue with Kool-Aid at school and come home that way.

I don't think I would just cause Kiwi wouldn't look cute lol but I have no issues as long as its not harsh chemicals that could harm the puppies.... if its all natural stuff then I don't see the harm.....

i would absolutely not do this lol
I definitely wouldn't but I have seen a pink dog here in NYC. I think it was a maltese mix and it was hot pink. The funny part was that the owner (a man) was also dressed head to toe in hot pink. I don't usually stare but I had to stop and take a long look :)

The old expression "to each his own" comes to mind for me. Its cute and different I just wouldn't do it. But, hey if people want to do it to their pets and it seems harmless than its all good. :)
