First off thanks Kelly, the harnesses are great ( a little big - so there is some growing room) but great!

My goodness your babies are tiny! You can have some velcro added so they don't have the ends sticking out. They are adorable! If Nooshie doesn't fill out we will make her a new one.

For anyone else, the measurements are exact. So order the exact measurement just behind the front legs unless your baby has a lot of growing to do.

I think the 11 inch would have been a better fit for Noosh. Not sure what size you ordered Gordy, but I think an inch smaller would have been a good fit. Like Kelly mentioned, you can buy some Velcro and add it further so it will fit better. Lil Noosh will start filling out some I'm sure. That's the age Lexie did anyway. But I'm sure Gordy is finished growing. I order 1/2 inch bigger than my guys actual measurements for a tad extra room if that helps anyone. But up until your pup is a year old, I might even go with an inch bigger. Nothing more though.

If Nooshie doesn't grow into hers in a few months Lee-Anne, we'll send you a new one. :) Gordy as well. Velcro his a bit tighter around the neck and see if that pulls it up further on the larger part of his chest. That may help.

Awesome pics!!! Gordy and Nooshie are just soooo precious! Nooshie is SO tiny!!! Wow! They both look fantastic in their new harnesses :) Just absolutely precious! I'm going to be so broke (and Kelly will be so rich LOL!!) when I get my new baby ;)

This saturday there is a puppy showcase in our city! yay! we are going! (will take pics!) and depending on the weather (its winter) we will wear either Jane's harnesses or kelly's. maybe take both sets with and swop half time! ....

What type of velcro is on these? Our pup needs a new harness and he's so tiny we are struggling to find him anything. I showed these to my husband and he liked them but was concerned about it being velcro closures.

he finally delivered the ticket yesterday so i got some shoes and raced to the post office!

Ok I am going truly crazy I know I posted here before but maybe I ddint submitted it. Anyway pics are so cute I am going to order some for my babies I am so confuse of what size to get Izzie Kelly and Teresa told me to get the 10 inch she is a little over 9 inches and when her tummy full about 9 and 1/2 . I was going to get Izzie the lady bugs one too are babies really will be twin lol and the chi chi pepper is one of my choices for snuggles. I am racking my brain out with the sizes my husband finally said get them he doesn't like harness because one rub against snuggles and make a sore and than it is a little bald spot there I told him these are so soft. Is the velcor a little roon for expasion so if I orde a 10 will it fit if she goes to 10 and 1/4. I love the pics when I get my we will ave to post the noosie and izzie together to really see how much they look alike,Patty

My suggestion for a growing pup is go about a 1/2 inch bigger than their actual chest measurement. If you want some extra growing room, go 1 inch over, nothing more. But anything over 1 inch bigger is not going to Velcro right.

Nooshie has a 10 1/2 inch chest, and she went with a 12 inch harness. I think the 11 or 11 1/2 would have been perfect.

You have some lead way either way on the harnesses, you can tighten a bit, or loosen a bit. But like I mentioned, once you go over an inch bigger than their chest, you are going to have some hang over. It will also make the neck piece longer, which causes the chest piece to come down on their stomach. It needs to Velcro around the largest part of their chest.

The dress for Noosh may be a tad big for a few more months. It's an XS, but that line of clothes runs a bit big. The other one should fit just right, with a lil extra room. I think Gordy's outfits should fit pretty good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I got it right. :lol:
