Ok..Tomorrow afterschool is Hercules yearly exam and Hummer's first with my vet. It will also be the first time I've taken two dogs out! I guess Hercules will be on his harness and led, but Hummer is too little for either one so I'll jst carry him.

This morning we went to the vet to have our nails trimmed. Hercules weighed in at 6 lbs and Hummer 4 lbs.
It must have been Chi day at the vet, cause their was another lady with a little chi that was the same coloring as Hummer, but darker. This chi was four years old and it had the funniest sounding bark/cry.. It almost sounded if it was talking. I told the lady she should send a video into Animal Planet. It's little cry had everyone in the vets office cracking up!

Hi Renata, I'd love to see other Chis at the vet, but we've only seen big dogs.  Cool!!! 6 and 4 pounds. Elle was 3.0 the last time we had her weighed at the vet, and that was a while ago. She's got to be 4 by now. :)

Roman and Elle have some sort of talking sound too. It's cute when they do it at the same time; I swear they're talking! They're doing it right now. LOL I also need to clip Chi nails in the next day or so. We did Sheba's last weekend; I wish Roman and Elle were as good, but they don't like me to mess with their nails. Elle's become better with me looking at her teeth and mouth, but she still fights me. :w00t: She's been my hardest to train in the touching department, but she's come along great with the sitting and potty training, ear cleaning and now has started to like tummy rubs. LOL
