I taught myself to crochet! I've been attempting to crochet little sweaters and dresses. My first 3 turned out ok but I really like this one! It turned out bigger than I'd like, but I still think it's cute :) The flower can be safety pinned on. I kinda think I like it better without- so I'll be passing the time crocheting a million sweaters for the new baby! (and I bet only a handful might actually fit her since it's hard to find a sweater fit for so many dogs!)

Hey, pretty good for your first couple times! I know I couldn't do that! I couldn't even get past the long, rectangle, shape that they have you do first!

those are super.
as you get better at doing them you will learn to adjust the measurements to get the size you want.
they are lovely, your new baby will be very stylish.

Aww thanks! I hope so- I hope she doesn't get too annoyed by me dressing her up or bringing her along places in a carrier! Hopefully she'll actually enjoy these things!! *knock on wood!*
I'd love to make Sigmund a sweater but I think I'd need a few years and tons of bottles of arthritis medication for how bad my hands would feel afterwards! LOL!

Your welcome!!:)
Yes, that would be an awfully big sweater. If you don't have arthritis now, you certainly will when your done with his sweater. Maybe you can make him some booties! That'll be a lot easier on you! :)

That is so cute! I love the bright colors. Your baby will love that - if you can get it on with out a struggle! LOL

thanks :) sort of- I had an original pattern and then I decided to try and get creative. Usually it doesn't work out as nice as this end result! But I doubt I'll be able to replicate it again! LOL!
