Hi Daisy Chi, You're going to have to start completly over---square one. Go through your methed you used for a puppy, or choose a new method now, and act like it's her first time. She just needs a refresher course, that's all. But remember it might take a little longer, so don't get discouraged. This reason being, not only are you going to have to potty train, but undo the bad habits of going where ever she feels like it, like on the carpet.
There are guidelines posted here in the top post. If you have questions, please be sure to ask. I'm going to be going through it with you now too with my new little one on the way. oh yea! hehe
Don't forget to limit and confine her to an area where she will know it's OK to go. Or close to the door she will go out to potty or close to her potty pad. Both is ok, I feel. :D Keep us posted on her progress. Barb
