Since I'm home all day now I've noticed that my babies do a lot of sleeping.
How much would you say your babies sleep during the day?

I know mine sleep all night in bed with me then after a little breakfast and playing for a little bit, it's back to sleep and they will stay asleep unless you are up and moving around the house, if I was to stay put on the couch they would be there the entire time. ASLEEP! They wake up a little later in the late afternoon and early evening to play, then back to sleep around 7 and thru the night. Sheeze.. what sleepy heads!

I'm not home during the day, but my boyfriend is when he's not traveling for business. He said she probably sleeps about 5-6 hours throughout the day and then she sleeps with us and that's all night. We get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night. So what's that between 11-12 hours. On the weekends we keep her pretty active by taking her on walks, hikes, visiting family or friends. She doesn't get nearly that much sleep on the weekend. She's probably playing catch up during the week.

How long do you think you little ones sleep hours wise?

Hmmmm.. 9 hrs a night, then at least 6 hrs during the day, then a few hours during the evening before bed.. definitely more than 16. I wonder what is normal for there age?

I've read were it's normal for cats to sleep 18-20 hrs a day. I know mine do.

I know that Tito sleeps all night long, like 8-9 hours at night. Then during the day..who knows what he does. I do know that when I was home during the day he would be active like me. I do know that when I did lay on the couch he would sleep. He would stay alseep too if I didn't have other things to do. So now since I work...i imagine he sleeps all day and sleeps all night long.
Now when I get home..he usually is pretty active and playful..which means that I usually have to take him for a walk, and that still doesn't calm him down.

This is a good question. I said 12 hours, but I didn't really count night. LOL I'll have to see what they do now. I know when we're in the car, They do not sleep at all while we are going there. And then they are awake until they are convinced they are really going home. In between getting a wink of sleep at a time, Roman is in and out of his crate like a little Hermit crab to see where we are. If I stay home with them by myself, they sleep until their daddy gets home, but they don't escape me waking them up for petting and kissing them.

My babies can sleep as if there's no tomorrow. Well, at least Boobie anyway. He's gotten so lazy, must be that old age! Haha!!
