I HATE BEING SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can i just complain for a second??! my whole family has been hit by a stomach flu virus AND a cold virus!! my son started first, then my daughter, then me on sun and now my hubby who is in a hotel room somewhere traveling on business!! and this morning i have the cold from my daughter....always every year without fail in jan/feb and my 11th anniversary is tomorrow!! :roll: :evil: ok... done whining!!

We all get flu shots every year but we still got the flu! At least it was mild and only lasted 24 hours...Hope you are all feeling better soon!! Chi's make reallly good heating pads!!!

i hate being sick just like you...LOL my BF got sick the weekend before this past x-mas..and he felt better on Monday well Tuesday i got sick and was sick all the way till 2 days after x-mas..so my family celebrated x-mas late because of me...

I woke up this morning with the sniffles and sore throat. I think it's cause things are starting to want to bud out and pollen is up! ARGH!

Oh no - nearly everyone here is sick! Im still on the tail end of a bad flu. Whenever im sick I always lay in bed with a couple of chi's and watch silly day time TV talk shows to make me feel better.

Its your anniversary and your all sick - thats not good at all. You poor thing. I feel bad for your husband too if he is away and sick at the same time - its the worst thing to be sick with nobody else around.
I hope your whole family starts to get better soon.

thanks all for the well wishes...i'm feeling a little better, a lingering cough...thanks for the anniversary wishes terri, i was feeling a little blue that my hubby is traveling but i think we'll celebrate on sat instead..i hope all of you are feeling good too, i think it's just the last hurrah of winter. i can't wait for spring!! :)

I know it kind of sucks when your husband is away for special occasions, we do the same as you and celebrate on another day when he gets back. Its still special even if its not the correct day.
I know to be with someone that goes away for work is hard and the tough times only make your bond stronger, and you guys have been married for 11 years so you must have something very special - its a milestone, im so impressed and hope that one day Stephan and I will be celebrating our 11 year anniversary just like you and your husband.
Im glad your feeling better, and I hope you have a fun day on saturday.

Oh, I hope you feel better soon, I just got over that stomach flu, YUCK!!! And Gage is just getting over a bad cold! I thought that I had gotten through the whole winter without getting sick for the first time ever! Then I got that CRAP!!! I wish you all well soon! :flower:
