Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and I have three adorable Chis. Coco is 2 years old and is a fiesty little beast. I loved her so much I got her a playmate Izzy who was one of two in his litter. He is a long coat and is my lover boy. After having him for a month the breeder called me and said she wouldn't be breeding his sister and if I wanted her she was mine. So, naturally she is here to. That is how I ended up with three Chis. Lexi is very docile and quiet. They all three can get wound up playing and having a great time. I love to watch them play--they keep me entertained for hours. I never thought I would like chis but when Coco came into our lives I quickly became converted for the better. I don't think I would have any other breed. These guys are just the best.

Hi Chichime, Your three are so cute. I can't stop looking at them they are so cute. Welcome to Club Chi. I see the Universe when I look at my dog Sammi Girl so I love your signature. My Sammi is 6 years and I am getting her a new puppy boy in February. Welcome to Club Chihuahua.

I just spent time online deciding to retire in NC in 15 years. I was thinking Chapel Hill area because of all the colleges and universities. I thought it would be lively there.

Welcome to CC! So nice to have you and your three babies with us. Thank you for the wonderful introduction!
I was like you, and never dreamed of having a "little dog". Then I was converted when I got my chi/foxy. LOL.
Again, welcome! Your babies are too precious!

Hey Lys, that means that your Izzy remains with you?????? Why Isabella Ballerina? It means Isabella dancer.
We want two Izzies in the Chi Club: a girl and a boy.....................(please)

Hi Patrizia, Lys is keeping her Izzy girl. Isabella Ballarina is from a children's book. I will try to post a picture for you.

Thanks for explaining that Faye, it is a children's book. It also reminds me of one of my all-time favorite children's books, Angelina Ballerina (a little dancing mouse). But since she came out "Izzy" (the name just kind of got said and stuck the minute she was born), we didn't change it to Angelina :)

Patrizia,

It is really just meant as a special name for a special girl. Her registered name will actually be "Amaze's Iz all about me" if accepted. We call her Iz, Izzy, Izzy-bella, Isabella, Isabelle, Iz-Iz, Munchkie, and my favorite, "Budgie" which is a small bird (often a parokeet). Although technically, 7 week old puppies don't recognize their names, she knows when we are talking to her and saying her name, and comes when we call "Iz, Iz, Iz" Gosh, I love her so much!

And I am planning on keeping her...

I'm so happy Lys if Izzy remains with you, she is so sweet, and so cute, she is a little baby, I love her so much. I know is difficult and sad for us every time a puppy goes in a new family, but she is special, a lot of kisses to Izzy
