Where Does Your Chi Take A Nap? (and for all dog breeds)

I'm so used to Sheba having to be glued to me every minute of the day. I'm not complaining; I've always loved it. Even right now, she's taking a nap directly next to my desk. If I move 4 feet across the room to the sofa, she will follow. :roll: Although Roman loves to cuddle during naps, he also likes to go off in the bedroom by himself to another room, and even sleeps under the bed during naps. If I go to get him, he doesn't like it one little bit. :?

How are your dogs when it comes to being with you, especially during their nap time? :)

NAZ STINKS!!!!!!!!! He is too wiggly and won't sit still....... plus he wants to play and chew and bite so we haven't had a chance to really cuddle much.... :cry:

When im in the bed they are in the bed, if im on the chair so are they if im working at my desk they have a little bed under the desk, kutchum would like to be in my lap but i cant write with him there .Sometimes they are on the sofa under the cover they both follow me room to room but kutchum is the worse he wants to be in your lap all the time and doesnt like to share the lap with nina

Kishi likes to find a nice pile of clothes or my lap and Lucius likes having a nice nap either under the bed or on one of our laps! But I do catch him quite a bit on his blanky that he got from his SS and on the bed that Gage got him!!!

Heuser is just like Roman!!! He loves to cuddle and naps on me if he feels like it, but only on his terms-otherwise, if he is napping and you start petting him, he gives you a dirty look like "leave me alone!" HA! He stays in bed, under the covers until around 10am everyday even though I get up at 7:30am! His other favorite place is his bed/wool pad up behind the sofa on a table...

Tally LOVES her bed (I think it reminds her of a crate which is her "safe" place) and ALWAYS is in it unless she is eating, playing, or getting ready to go! She has followed H's lead though and started sleeping in with him in the big bed until 10am too!!!

Lucky follows me around the house every wherei go..even to the potty room he follows me and sits right on the side of the toilet..LOL..he always naps on the bed with me or if i'm on the computer then he is right under my desk by my feet...

Binky's favorite napping spot is on my lap (when there's not a human kid there!). If the kids are around, she finds a safer place, but still nearby - like under my desk if I'm sitting at it.

Dolly (Binky's buddy) is just over a year old, just a big puppy (Aussie mix). She is like Naz... can't sit still! So she usually naps in her crate.

Misty, the Sheltie mix who has been here longer than the others, will nap just about anywhere, but she usually stays within 10 feet of me. She does like the couch quite a bit, though.

If I'm home Hercules is always right there with me and usually on my lap! He does have a bed in the kitchen that he'll sit in if he's tired while I'm cooking, or on my spot in the living room. The three of us nap together on the couch after I come home from work.
Sammi girl gets right between my thighs (crotch) :oops: usually covered by her blue fleece blankie. I lean on a pillow and Gracie gets on the pillow and pushes into my armpit. This puts me right to sleep and I miss my favorite tv programs between 7-9 p.m. When I wake up Gracie usually goes to her dog bed but Sammi would stay on me forever if she could. Not that I'm complaining either. If I finally get up to get stuff done and then come back, Sammi just moves right on in to her favorite thigh spot again. I guess if I was married I could use her as a form of birth control. :P

During the day Nini will always nap where he can see me, usually under the desk. Pascha and Busty always nap on the couch or bed.

At night Nini has to sleep on a pillow inbetween me and Stephan, Pascha has to be on my side and busty near my feet. If they are not in the correct positions then the growling starts!

When I wake up in the morning Stephan and I are on the edges of the bed with Pascha and stretched out inbetween us and Nini stretched out on my pillow or in my hair (no wonder my hair always has a strange odour), and I always wake up to Busty's wake up call with him standing on my chest staring at me and licking my face till I take him for toilet time.

Its the same routine everyday but I love it and wouldnt have it any other way.

Dusty likes to nap on the back of the sofa. The sun comes in the window and hits the top of the couch. he loves it up there where he can nap in the sunshine. :)

During the day, Stoley sleeps on her little bed. I made Remy a bed at the bottom of my bookshelf with a big fuzzy blanket. He also sleeps in his pet carrier and pet taxi. At night they both sleep with me. If i dont put Remy to sleep with me at night, he'll CRY ALL night long! Now that's some big BC when my guy is over cause they both want to be all up on me! hehehehe. So I feel your pain Faye! :shock:

In the day, Loppi naps on the floor wherever the sun is, even if its just a little square. During the night, she's in her comfy bed.

Aww! I'l bet Loppi looks so cute in the sun. :wub: Roman does that too, and Elle is just learning that she has to keep moving with the sun, or she gets cold again. LOL They'll all be so happy when summer arrives! :clap:
