What all shots should Naz be getting and how many and when?

I've been getting different answers so I want to make sure he is getting what he needs!

all those again and also rabies. Here they have to be 16 weeks to get their rabies...

forgot to add he had a heartworm chewable earlier this month although I think I will be switching over to use Revolution like I do for the cats since it covers fleas and ticks....

heartworm pills are not the same as revolution for fleas and ticks...so don't take him off the heartworm pills..he needs that once a month....and about the shots i'm not 100 percent sure about that

Revolution is for heartworm... its a liquid that you can squeeze on their neckline.... it covers fleas and ticks too is what I meant.... :)
