My thoughts have been with you since I first read that Pomaika'i had passed away. I can feel your pain across these miles.
Your written tribute to Pomai only enforces what I already knew, that Pomaika'i was appropriately named as your "Blessing," in your native Polynesian.
Your devotion to her shines thru.
She was Lucky, as are you. May memories of her grace your dreams.
