This is just a fun Poll. How many times do you feed your Chihuahua or other furbabies?

All 3 of mine (Roman, Sheba, Elle) eat twice a day. :D Sometimes, Roman or Sheba eat once a day, but I give them food. They just seem to not want to eat until later in the day.

I feed mine twice a day also, once in the morning when I'm getting the kids ready for school and then at dinner time (to cut down on the begging)!!!!

I feed Gracie and Sammi three times a day because I can come home on my lunch hour. I also stop in to see my Mom on the way home from work so sometimes I don't walk into the house until 7:00 p.m. Sammi in particular seems to have low blood sugar and I don't like to make her go more than 6 hours without eating if I can help it. I've seen her start to shake if she has to wait too long.

I leave my food out all day and they seem to wait until evening to eat. Course they are professional beggers!!

I've been told to feed Bentley 3 times a day since he's a pup? But he will only eat twice a day ~ But he eats a lot both times.

As long as you offer it too him enough times, he should regulate himself...the only thing is if he starts to shake or appear listless and weak-then he has low blood sugar and needs karo syrup or nutrical ASAP! But that is most-often only necessary with 2 LB. or less puppies and most adult dogs don't have issues with it...
